What are the key values you seek in a supply company?
Most websites proclaim ‘world leadership’, ‘best in class’, ‘service orientated’, ‘highest quality’, etc, etc…
But, does the action back up the promise? In our experience this isn’t always the case.
Many years ago we created our Core Value rotation, illustrated above. These values don’t only apply to our business ethics, they are ingrained in Balmoral culture and are fully understood and practiced by our teams.
